地方高师院校在面对自身发展过程中师范性与综合性的权衡、大学理论教学与基础教育的适切的“双困惑”时,应厘清发展定位“双区分”,既分清与其他老牌本科院校间的同级类差,也分清与高职院校间的同类级差,进一步明确发展策略,通过加强师范生职业根本性与从业基本功培养的“双驱动”,凸显自身特色,实现可持续发展。

지방고사원교재면대자신발전과정중사범성여종합성적권형、대학이론교학여기출교육적괄절적“쌍곤혹”시,응전청발전정위“쌍구분”,기분청여기타로패본과원교간적동급류차,야분청여고직원교간적동류급차,진일보명학발전책략,통과가강사범생직업근본성여종업기본공배양적“쌍구동”,철현자신특색,실현가지속발전。
Facing the balance between teacher-training character and comprehensiveness in the course of self-development ,and the“double puzzles” in the matching of the teaching of university theories and the basic education ,local normal universities are sup-posed to clarify“double differentiation”of development and orientation ,that’s to differentiate between the universities themselves and other universities of the same level ,and also to differentiate between themselves and higher vocational schools ,and ,through strengthening the “double drives”of normal university students’ vocational essentiality and their training of basic professional skills , it is also expected to make clear their development strategies ,to highlight their own characteristics ,and eventually to realize the sus-tainable development .
