探讨26个少数民族青少年体表面积发育的差异。以2010年中国学生体质与健康调研报告中26个少数民族的身高、体质量资料,以 Stevenson 和 DuBois 公式计算各民族男女生的体表面积值。选择7~18岁12个年龄段身高、体质量和体表面积3项指标的36个参数,利用方差最大正交旋转进行因子分析,将各指标参数的均值转化为因子分。以因子分作样本间 Q 聚类分析(Ward 法),将男女各26个样本归纳成若干类别,用 Cub 模型拟合上述各类体表面积发育曲线。结果显示3项指标(身高、体质量和体表面积)能较好综合概括不同种族群体生长发育的差异;男生组各民族聚合成4类,女生组聚合为5类;可分为发育较高组、中间组和较低组;各类群体间生长发育存在差异性。各民族体表面积发育既有相似性,又有差异性。

To study the differences of body surface area development of adolescents in 26 minorities in China. Methods:Based on the data of 26 minorities height and weight of students physique and health survey report in 2010. With Stevenson and Dubois's formula to calculate value of body surface area of all ethnic groups, choose 36 parameters of height, weight and body sur-face area of 3 indicators in 12 aged from 7 to 18, using varimax to factor analysis, average of the various parameters change to factor points. Using factor points to the samples Q cluster analysis (Ward's method), all 26 samples of men and women categorize into several categories,and using the Cub model fitting growth curve of the above all kinds of body surface area. Results:3 indicators (height, weight and body surface area)can comprehensive summarizes the differences of growth and development of different ethnic groups. The boys were classified into four categories,and girls were classified into five categories. Development of boys and girls can be divided into high, middle and low groups. Statistical differences in growth and development curve were found among different populations. Conclusion: These findings suggest that the body surface area growth and development of adolescents in 26 minorities possess both similarities and differences.
