目的：观察采用矩形推进皮瓣进行面部小面积皮肤缺损修复的长期临床随访效果。方法：采用矩形推进皮瓣，对149例面部肿物患者手术切除后创面（直径范围0.6～1.5cm）进行一期手术修复。结果：术后皮瓣均一期愈合，无皮瓣坏死发生。随访3～36个月，146例皮瓣色泽正常，质地柔软，瘢痕轻微。3例近期出现轻度瘢痕增生，远期瘢痕逐渐淡化，但仍肉眼直观可见。结论：对于面部较小创面（建议直径≤1.5cm）的修复，矩形推进皮瓣具有变形小，瘢痕轻微的特点，远期效果良好，是一种可行、有效的治疗方法。
목적：관찰채용구형추진피판진행면부소면적피부결손수복적장기림상수방효과。방법：채용구형추진피판，대149례면부종물환자수술절제후창면（직경범위0.6～1.5cm）진행일기수술수복。결과：술후피판균일기유합，무피판배사발생。수방3～36개월，146례피판색택정상，질지유연，반흔경미。3례근기출현경도반흔증생，원기반흔축점담화，단잉육안직관가견。결론：대우면부교소창면（건의직경≤1.5cm）적수복，구형추진피판구유변형소，반흔경미적특점，원기효과량호，시일충가행、유효적치료방법。
Objective To investigate the long-term follow-up effect of rectangular advance skin flap to repair small defect on face. Methods There were 149 cases with small skin defect(diameter range:0.6-1.5cm) one-stage operation on face excision wound surface by rectangular advance skin flap. Results All the flaps were primary healing with no skin flap necrosis,these cases were followed up 3 months to 36 months after operation. The flaps of 146 cases had natural color,soft texture and slight scar,3 cases were with slight hypertrophic scar.Although the forward scar gradually dilutes, we can still see it with naked eyes. Conclusion Using rectangular advance skin flap to repair small skin defect on face(recommended diameter≤1.5cm)is a long-term practicable and effective method it has several advantages, such as slight distortion and less scar.
