目的:探讨“订单式”培养模式对护理专业学生学习策略的影响。方法选择定向班28名学生作为观察组,随机抽取普通班28名学生作为对照组,运用LASSI量表间隔3月测评比较。结果组间比较初次测评无统计学意义,两次测评差值在观察组(0.20±0.26)和对照组(0.03±0.29)的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较对照组得分差异无统计学意义,而观察组首次调研(3.16±0.54)和末次调研(3.36±0.61)得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组在焦虑、态度、信息处理、选择要点、学习辅助手段5个维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“订单式”培养模式有利于改善护理专业学生的学习策略。

Abstrat:Objective To explore the influence of order-form training mode on learning and strategies of nursing students. Methods Select 28 students of ordered class as experiment group, select randomly 28 students of general class as control group. Using the scale of LASSI applied evaluation to two groups with interval of 3 months. Their performance of using strategy was compared as well. Results The first group comparison have no statistically significant difference, the difference in means of two evaluation in experiment group was (0.20±0.26) and that in control group (0.03±0.29) (P<0.05).Ten dimensions scores had no statistically significant difference within control group comparisons, the experiment group scores of first assessment (3.16±0.54) and second assessment (3.36±0.61) had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Dimensions scores of anxiety、attitude、information processing、selecting main ideas、study aids had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Order-form training mode is effective for improving their learning and strategies ability.
