目的：研究甘草酸苷联合卤米松乳膏和氦氖激光照射治疗斑秃及治疗前后患者外周静脉血清白三烯B4、白三烯C4、C反应蛋白和白介素-10的变化，为临床有效治疗斑秃提供科学依据。方法：2013年2月-2014年8月，采用复方甘草酸苷片（日本米诺发源制药株式会社研制生产)联合卤米松乳膏(上海通用药业有限公司生产)局部涂抹和氦氖激光照射治疗斑秃。3个月后评价疗效并采用ELISA法检测患者血清白三烯B4、白三烯C4、C反应蛋白和白介素-10的水平。结果：卤米松乳膏组、卤米松乳膏激光组和联合治疗组有效率分别为70％、82.5％，97.5％。联合治疗组疗效优于卤米松乳膏组和卤米松乳膏激光组，三组间差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别为9.95和4.31，P＜0.05)。联合治疗组白三烯B4、白三烯C4、C反应蛋白和白介素-10水平较卤米松乳膏组和卤米松激光组明显降低(P＜0.05)。结论：复方甘草酸苷联合卤米松乳膏和局部激光照组射治疗斑秃，可以达到调节患者的自身免疫力，改善斑秃皮损部位血液微循环，增加毛囊的供血、供氧，有效提高斑秃的治愈率，并且无明显严重不良反应，是皮肤科临床治疗斑秃的有效手段之一，非常值得在基层医院皮肤科推广。
목적：연구감초산감연합서미송유고화양내격광조사치료반독급치료전후환자외주정맥혈청백삼희B4、백삼희C4、C반응단백화백개소-10적변화，위림상유효치료반독제공과학의거。방법：2013년2월-2014년8월，채용복방감초산감편（일본미낙발원제약주식회사연제생산)연합서미송유고(상해통용약업유한공사생산)국부도말화양내격광조사치료반독。3개월후평개료효병채용ELISA법검측환자혈청백삼희B4、백삼희C4、C반응단백화백개소-10적수평。결과：서미송유고조、서미송유고격광조화연합치료조유효솔분별위70％、82.5％，97.5％。연합치료조료효우우서미송유고조화서미송유고격광조，삼조간차이균유통계학의의(χ2분별위9.95화4.31，P＜0.05)。연합치료조백삼희B4、백삼희C4、C반응단백화백개소-10수평교서미송유고조화서미송격광조명현강저(P＜0.05)。결론：복방감초산감연합서미송유고화국부격광조조사치료반독，가이체도조절환자적자신면역력，개선반독피손부위혈액미순배，증가모낭적공혈、공양，유효제고반독적치유솔，병차무명현엄중불량반응，시피부과림상치료반독적유효수단지일，비상치득재기층의원피부과추엄。
Objective Study on glycyrrhizic acid glycosides joint halide halometasone cream and He-Ne laser irradiation treatment of alopecia areata and before and after treatment in patients with peripheral venous serum leukotriene B4,leukotriene C4,C- reactive protein and the changes of interleukin- 10,provide scientific basis for clinical effective in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods From February 2013 to August 2014,adopting compound glycyrrhizin glucoside piece (Japan mino originated,developed and produced by pharmaceutical Co.,LTD)joint halide halometasone cream (Shanghai general pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,production) local daub and he-ne laser irradiation in the treatment of alopecia areata.Three months after the evaluation of curative effect using ELISA method to detect patients serum leukotriene B4,leukotriene C4,C-reactive protein and the level of interleukin-10. Results Halometasone cream in laser group and combined treatment group was respectively 82.5%,97.5%.The combined treatment group curative effect is better than that of Halometasone Cream Lumisong Rugao group and laser group,there were significant differences between three groups(χ2=9.95 and 4.31,P<0.05).The combined treatment group of leukotriene B4,leukotriene C4,C reactive protein and interleukin-10 levels were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Compound glycyrrhizin glucoside in combination with halogen halometasone cream shot according to the group and local laser treatment of alopecia areata,to regulate the patient's own immunity,improve the blood microcirculation in alopecia areata vitiligo patches,increasing the blood supply of hair follicles,oxygen supply,effectively improve the cure rate of alopecia areata,and no serious adverse reaction,is one of the effective means of dermatology clinical treatment of alopecia areata,very is worth popularizing in grassroots hospital dermatological department.
