目的研究细节管理在集中消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果.方法回顾性分析制定集中消毒供应室护理的细节管理标准,从而能够及早发现存在的问题的原因,进而将整改措施落实,比较细节管理前后我院消肖毒供应室护理质量的差异.结果我集中消毒供应室经过201 1年2月至2013年2月连续4年实施细节管理,供应室的护理质量得到了提高,消毒人员服务意识得到大幅提高,同时人员的安全责任感得到加强,从而能够避免出现护理差错以及事故,相比较于未实施细节管理前,护理质量变化明显.结论细节管理应用在集中消毒供应室的护理中,可以提高消毒工作的质量,避免出现重大的消毒不当事故,值得在消毒供应室中推广运用.

Objective To study application effect of details management in nursing management of centralized sterile supply room.Methods A retrospective analysis of details management standard of centralized sterile supply room was carried out to early find out problems and implement corrective measures.Compared quality of care in sterile supply room of our hospital before and after details management.Results In sterile supply room of our hospital,after consecutive 4 years' details management (February 2011 to February 2013),quality of care in sterile supply room improved,service awareness of disinfection staffs significantly improved,security responsibility of disinfection staffs strengthened,thus avoided nursing errors and accidents.Quality of care improved significantly after details management.Conclusion Details management in nursing management of centralized sterile supply room can significantly improve quality of disinfection work,avoid major improper disinfection accidents,worthy of promotion in sterile supply room.
