目的：观察眉下切口行上睑松弛矫正术联合外入路下睑袋切除术共同矫治眼周衰老的手术效果，探讨两种方法联合治疗的可行性。方法：选取符合手术适应证的患者对其行眉下切口的上睑皮肤切除矫正上睑松弛，并同时行经皮入路的下睑袋切除术，术后随访3～6个月，观察手术效果并评估患者满意度。结果：术后随访患者眼周皱纹及皮肤松弛现象明显改善，外观满意，效果确切。结论：眉下切口上睑松弛矫正术联合下睑袋切除术矫治眼周衰老手术效果良好，并发症少，值得应用推广。
목적：관찰미하절구행상검송이교정술연합외입로하검대절제술공동교치안주쇠로적수술효과，탐토량충방법연합치료적가행성。방법：선취부합수술괄응증적환자대기행미하절구적상검피부절제교정상검송이，병동시행경피입로적하검대절제술，술후수방3～6개월，관찰수술효과병평고환자만의도。결과：술후수방환자안주추문급피부송이현상명현개선，외관만의，효과학절。결론：미하절구상검송이교정술연합하검대절제술교치안주쇠로수술효과량호，병발증소，치득응용추엄。
Objective To observe the outcome of subeyebrow incision blepharoplasty combined with transcutaneous lower eyelid blepharoplasty in correcting periorbital ageing,invesgating the feasibility of combined surgeries. Methods A combination of subeyebrow incision blepharoplasty and transcutaneous lower eyelid blepharoplasty was applied to patients who meet the surgical indications. Follow-up studies were conducted on the third to sixth months after the surgery.The outcomes were observed and patients satisfaction degrees recorded. Results The 3-6 months follow-up showed an obvious improvement in the appearance of periorbital areas. Conclusion Subeyebrow incision blepharoplasty combined with transcutaneous lower eyelid blepharoplasty can achieve better surgical outsomes with less complications,which is worth of promoting.
