为促进海上危化品的安全运输,提出从系统稳定性方面开展安全研究。以船、人、环境、货物和管理为安全因素构建海上危化品运输系统,研究系统的耗散结构。提出海上危化品运输系统安全熵概念并建立安全熵模型。考虑到各安全因素指标项对系统安全贡献迥异,引入安全加权熵。实船案例验证理论应用的正确性。

To improve the safety of dangerous chemical marine transportation,the stability of system is paid attention to. The dangerous chemical marine transportation system is built where the ship,human, environment,cargo and management are considered as 5 safety factors. The dissipative structure of the system is studied. The concept of the system safety entropy is put forward and the safety entropy model is established. Considering that each safety factor index has different contribution to the system safety,the safety weighted entropy is introduced. The actual ship case verifies the correctness of the theory.
