With the rapid development of economic and society, the problems contemporary college students are facing lies not only in study and employment, but also in interpersonal communication obstacles. This paper analyzes the main psychological obstacles that influence college student's interpersonal skills, and puts forward some corresponding strategies to help college students to overcome interpersonal communication psychological ob-stacles.
