研制了一种基于永磁同步电机的DC20P2B1-A电梯门机控制系统,其驱动单元采用微控制单元MCU和智能功率模块IGCM06B60GA IPM,实现了对PMSM电机驱动的矢量控制及电梯门机逻辑等的控制,该系统具有过压、欠压、掉电、过载和短路等保护功能,实现了门宽自学习,人机交换等软件的功能。实验表明,DC20P2B1-A电梯门机控制系统运行平稳,安全可靠。

The DC20P2B1-A elevator door control system based on permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is developed adopting micro control unit (MCU) and intelligent power module (IGCM06B60GA IPM) is developed, and which is realized functions of PMSM vectors control and elevator logic control of and so on. The system provides protecting functions including over-voltage, under-voltage, overload and short circuit. Furthermore the functions consist of door-width self-learning, the man-machine exchanging and other are provided by the system software to implement. The experiments show that the DC20P2B1-A elevator door driver control system operates smoothly,safe and reliably.
