磁流变液的性能对磁力制动式汽车缓速器性能影响很大。鉴于目前缺乏结构简单、性能可靠检测仪器的现状,在系统地分析磁路设计中材料选择、磁路结构以及线圈参数的基础上,基于磁饱和效应的磁路设计方法,设计并制作了磁流变液性能测试仪。从实验结果来看,所设计的测试仪能够真实地反映出所测试磁流变液的性能。
磁流變液的性能對磁力製動式汽車緩速器性能影響很大。鑒于目前缺乏結構簡單、性能可靠檢測儀器的現狀,在繫統地分析磁路設計中材料選擇、磁路結構以及線圈參數的基礎上,基于磁飽和效應的磁路設計方法,設計併製作瞭磁流變液性能測試儀。從實驗結果來看,所設計的測試儀能夠真實地反映齣所測試磁流變液的性能。

The properties of MR fluid has great influence on its performance of magnetic brake vehicle re-tarder.Because of the current status of the lack of a simple structure and reliable performance testing instrument, a testing instrument of the performance of MR fluid was designed based on the systematic analysis of the magnetic circuit design, material selection, circuit structure and parameters of the coil, and the magnetic saturation effect. From the experimental results, the testing instrument can reflect the true performance of the testing MR fluid.
