The rank of the architects working in real estate companies, a new force, are cultivated with the development of the residential property. These architects are the managers in the design among the property developers, who provide architectural views for estate agents and commercial views for professional architects. Their emergence and growth constantly demonstrate that the operation of the contemporary real estate business is becoming more professionalized and that the profession of architectural design plays an increasing role in the whole process of the commercial housing development, which are the progress of the whole sector. The writer illustates the origin of the the architects in real estate companies and elaborates the values and responsibilities of the job as regards design and management in the property companies through his own understanding and two personal experiences concerned.
