miRNA(miRNAs)是一类小(19-25核苷酸)、非编码RNA,它可作为内源性调节因子在转录后水平抑制靶mRNA表达。miRNA能调控胰岛β细胞胰岛素的合成和分泌,与糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展相关,是目前糖尿病及其并发症研究中的热点。

miRNA(miRNAs)is a small (containing about 19-25 nucleotides), noncoding RNA, which serves as an endogenous factor to inhibit expression of miRNA’targets mRNA in post-transcriptional . Meanwhile, it is found that miRNA play a key role in regulating islet beta cells’function of insulin synthesis and secretion, which is as well highly related to the development of diabetes and its complications,that is currently focused in studies on diabetes and its complications.
