目的:建立丹桂热淋丸中主要药味的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法,以提高制剂质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对丹桂热淋丸中金银花、桂枝进行了定性鉴别研究;采用HPLC法测定制剂中蛇床子素的含量,选用:Kromasil ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:322nm。结果:TLC法可鉴别出金银花、桂枝的特征斑点,且专属性强,斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;蛇床子素在0.0382~0.2292μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.09%,RSD=0.92%。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于丹桂热淋丸的质量控制。

Object:To set up the method of the thin layer chromatography differentiation and content determination of the main in-gredients in a prescription for advancing quality Standard. Methods:TLC was used to quantitative identified for Lonicerae Japonicae Flos、Cinnamomi Ramulus;To set up Content determination method of Osthole by HPLC,Kromasil ODS C18 chromatographic column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used,mobile phase:methanol-water(65:35)as mobile phase,flow rate:1mL·min-1,detection wavelength:322nm. Results:The characteristic spots on TLC plates was Distinguished without interference in the blank reference.The method has highly specific.The linear range of Osthole was 0.0382-0.2292μgμg(r=0.9997).The average recover is 100.09%,RSD=0.92%. Conclu-sion:The method is accurate and reliable.It can use to control the quality of the Dangui Relin water pills.
