目的：探讨肝胆管结石外科手术治疗临床护理体会。方法：收治肝胆管结石患者100例，随机分成观察组与对照组，各50例，对照组给予常规手术护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上加用心理干预、饮食指导等。比较两组的护理效果。结果：治疗后，观察组术后排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生率明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：围手术期间，给予肝胆管结石患者优质护理干预，能够明显缩短术后恢复时间，降低手术并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量。
목적：탐토간담관결석외과수술치료림상호리체회。방법：수치간담관결석환자100례，수궤분성관찰조여대조조，각50례，대조조급여상규수술호리，관찰조재상규호리적기출상가용심리간예、음식지도등。비교량조적호리효과。결과：치료후，관찰조술후배기시간、주원시간급병발증발생솔명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)；치료총유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：위수술기간，급여간담관결석환자우질호리간예，능구명현축단술후회복시간，강저수술병발증발생솔，제고환자생활질량。
To explore the experience of clinical nursing of surgical operation treatment for hepatolithiasis.Methods:100 patients with hepatolithiasis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operation nursing,while the observation group was given psychological intervention,diet guidance on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,in the observation group,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:At peri operation period,giving the high quality of nursing intervention for patients with hepatolithiasis can significantly shorten the recovery time after operation,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the life quality of the patients.
