目的：探析临床护理预案在抑郁症治疗过程中的应用。方法：收治抑郁症患者80例，随机分为试验组和对照组，分别接受护理预案护理模式和常规护理，比较两组患者的抑郁自评量表分数(SDS)和护理满意度。结果：试验组干预后4周末SDS评分(52.6±1.6)分，低于对照组的(60.4±2.2)分(P＜0.05)。试验组护理满意度92.5%，高于对照组的75.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：临床护理预案在抑郁症治疗中的应用能够明显提高患者的护理满意度，同时有效缓解患者的抑郁情绪。

목적：탐석림상호리예안재억욱증치료과정중적응용。방법：수치억욱증환자80례，수궤분위시험조화대조조，분별접수호리예안호리모식화상규호리，비교량조환자적억욱자평량표분수(SDS)화호리만의도。결과：시험조간예후4주말SDS평분(52.6±1.6)분，저우대조조적(60.4±2.2)분(P＜0.05)。시험조호리만의도92.5%，고우대조조적75.0%(P＜0.05)。결론：림상호리예안재억욱증치료중적응용능구명현제고환자적호리만의도，동시유효완해환자적억욱정서。
Objective:To analyze clinical care plans in the treatment of depression.Methods:80 patients with depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and they were respectively received the nursing plan nursing and routine nursing care,then we compared two groups of patients with self rating Depression Scale Score(SDS)and nursing satisfaction.Results:The experimental group after the intervention at the end of the 4 week SDS score(52.6±1.6)points was lower than the control group of(60.4±2.2)%(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 92.5%,higher than the control group of 75.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of clinical care plans in the treatment of depression can significantly improve patient care satisfaction while effectively relieve the patient's depression.
