葎草药用价值高,分布广泛,具有良好的开发价值和应用前景。采用微波法和超声波法分别对河北民族师范学院内葎草中的多糖进行提取,考察了微波功率、提取时间和料液比等对葎草中多糖提取率的单一和互交影响。结果表明:当提取的液料比为40∶1,微波功率为425W,微波时间为90s时多糖提取率最高,可达15.75%;在固定功率下,当提取时间为100min、液料比30:1时超声波提取多糖效果最佳。
葎草藥用價值高,分佈廣汎,具有良好的開髮價值和應用前景。採用微波法和超聲波法分彆對河北民族師範學院內葎草中的多糖進行提取,攷察瞭微波功率、提取時間和料液比等對葎草中多糖提取率的單一和互交影響。結果錶明:噹提取的液料比為40∶1,微波功率為425W,微波時間為90s時多糖提取率最高,可達15.75%;在固定功率下,噹提取時間為100min、液料比30:1時超聲波提取多糖效果最佳。

Humulus scande ns is a widely distributed plant with great value of research and application. By using the microwave technique and ultrasonic technique to extract the polysaccharide of humulus scandens grow-ing in Hebei Normal University of Nationalities, the research examines the single and intercrossing influence of factors (including microwave power, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio) to the humulus scandens extraction ra-tio. The results show that when the extracted solid-liquid ratio is 40:1, the microwave power 425 and microwave time 90s, the polysaccharide extraction yield is the highest, reaching 15.75%. Under the fixed ultrasonic power, when the extracting time is 100 minutes and solid-liquid ratio 30:1, the best extracting effect can be achieved.
