利用含色氨酸的鉴定培养基从芝麻根际筛选出7株 IAA 产生菌,其中菌株 SA4产 IAA 的能力最强。促生实验结果表明,菌株 SA4明显具有促进黄瓜和玉米种子主根生长的能力,使它们的主根根长和根重增加为对照组的2~3倍。分子鉴定结果表明菌株 SA4属于革兰氏阴性的假单胞菌属。
利用含色氨痠的鑒定培養基從芝痳根際篩選齣7株 IAA 產生菌,其中菌株 SA4產 IAA 的能力最彊。促生實驗結果錶明,菌株 SA4明顯具有促進黃瓜和玉米種子主根生長的能力,使它們的主根根長和根重增加為對照組的2~3倍。分子鑒定結果錶明菌株 SA4屬于革蘭氏陰性的假單胞菌屬。
이용함색안산적감정배양기종지마근제사선출7주 IAA 산생균,기중균주 SA4산 IAA 적능력최강。촉생실험결과표명,균주 SA4명현구유촉진황과화옥미충자주근생장적능력,사타문적주근근장화근중증가위대조조적2~3배。분자감정결과표명균주 SA4속우혁란씨음성적가단포균속。
Seven strains producing IAA were isolated from rhizosphere of sesame by the differential medium containing L-tryptophan, and strain SA4 was the best one producing IAA. The strain SA4 had obvious ability to promote the axial root growth of cucumber seedlings and maize seedlings. It made the axial root twice to three times as long as the control group, and also made the root fresh weight twice to three times as much as the control group. Strain SA4 was Gram negative one, and it was identified as Pseudomonas sp. based on the analyse of its 16S rDNA.
