研究草莓水培根诱导的方法,以及草莓水培根结构的变化。对草莓植株进行不同浓度3-IBA 及不同的通氧时间处理,来进行水培根系的诱导。并制作徒手切片,对其水培根和土培根进行显微结构的比较。通氧6 h ,200 mg/ L 3-IBA最适于草莓水培根系的诱导。与土培相比,草莓水培根系皮层细胞层数较多,排列疏松,且细胞体积较大;水培根的整个皮层占根系横切面的比例较大,维管柱占整个根系横切面的比例相对较小,木质部和韧皮部结构不太明显。不同通氧处理间水培根的显微结构差异不大。

The aim was to research the method of the hydroponic induction of strawberry roots, and its microstructure chan-ges. With the different 3-IBA and oxygen time treated to do the hydroponic induction of strawberry roots, and its manual paraffin sec-tions were prepared to compare the difference of the root which plant in hydroponics and soil culture environment. The treatment with 6 h oxygen, 200 mg/ L 3-IBA was the best for the hydroponic induction of strawberry roots. Compared with the soil culture, the number of cortical cells of strawberry hydroponic root were more, arranged more loosen, and the volume of the cells were larger; The proportion of the whole cortex of the hydroponic roots were larger, the proportion of the vascular cylinder was relatively smaller, and the xylem and phloem structure was not obvious. The difference of microstructure of hydroponic roots was not big between different oxygen treated.
