芝麻在我国是重要的油料作物之一,栽培面积较广,每年可产生大量秸秆。寻求经济有效利用芝麻秸秆是解决当前其被废弃闲置和污染环境的最佳途径。平菇是优质食用菌,腐解有机质的能力强。为了解芝麻秸秆栽培食用菌的效果,特以平菇为栽培对象,以不同比例芝麻秸秆替换传统平菇栽培主料棉籽壳,配制多组培养基,通过测定菌丝生长速度、长势及头茬菇产量来判别芝麻秸秆的影响效果。结果:培养基中芝麻秸秆比例越高,平菇菌丝生长状态愈好,头茬菇产量越高。由此得出结论:芝麻秸秆对平菇生长具有促进作用,用芝麻秸秆主料培养基或用一定比例的芝麻秸秆配制培养基栽培平菇可获得较好的产量。

Sesame is one of the important oil-bearing crops in our country, which has cultivated widely, and could produce a large number of straw every year. Seeking a financial and effective method to make use of the sesame straw is the best way to avoid its idling loss and the environment pollution. Oyster mushroom is one of the high quality edible funguses, which has more effective decay process on organic matter. In order to know the results of edible fungi growth in the substrate of sesame straw, using the oyster mushroom as the cultivated object, to use different proportion of sesame straw to replace the cottonseed hull in traditional substrate, so that multigroup substrates could be compounded. By means of determination the hypha's amount of growth, growth vigor and its firstling yield to distinguish the substrates good from bad. Results: The ratio of sesame straw is the higher in substrate, and the oys-ter mushroom's growth situation is the better, and the firstling yield is more. Thus the conclusion can be obtained: The sesame straw can promote the growth of oyster mushroom, using sesame straw as the main ingredient in substrate or using certain proportion of ses-ame straw in substrate could achieve better oyster mushroom's yield.
