目的：探讨肿瘤患者在日间病房与普通住院病房化疗期间的生活质量。方法选择日间病房及肿瘤科普通住院化疗患者共100例，应用癌症患者生命质量测定量表（QLQ-C30）对其生活质量进行问卷调查。结果肿瘤日间病房化疗患者比普通住院化疗患者总体生活质量高（P ＜0．05），日间病房化疗患者的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能与社会功能均在一定程度上高于普通住院化疗患者（P ＜0．05），尤其是疲乏、恶心呕吐、气促、失眠、疼痛等症状差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论日间病房化疗患者生活质量高于普通住院病房化疗患者，日间病房这种新的就医模式值得推广。

Objective To investigate cancer patients′quality of life in day care ward and common ward dur-ing chemotherapy.Methods QLQ-C30 questionnaire was used to investigate cancer patients′quality of life in day care ward and common ward during chemotherapy.Results Cancer patients receiving chemotherapy enjoy higher quality of life in day care ward than those in common ward (P <0.05).To some extent,the patients′physical,role,cognitive and social functions were higher in day care ward than in common ward. Conclusion The investigation shows that chemotherapy patients′ quality of life were higher in day care ward than in common ward.Day care ward,the new medical-seeking pattern,is indeed worth promoting.
