目的：对比观察单独使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂与联合孟鲁司特钠治疗变应性鼻炎（AR）的临床疗效。方法将100例 AR 患者随机分为观察组和对照组。在鼻腔冲洗的基础上，观察组患者予糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合孟鲁司特片治疗，对照组患者仅予糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗，两组疗程均为12 w。观察两组变应原分布情况并比较两组临床疗效。结果变应原分布前3位为野草类、树木类、寄生虫类。随着治疗时间的延长，观察组与对照组鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏症状评分及鼻内镜下体征评分均有下降，且观察组下降速度较对照组明显，两组差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合孟鲁司特治疗 AR 疗效优于单用糠酸莫米松治疗。
목적：대비관찰단독사용강산막미송비분무제여연합맹로사특납치료변응성비염（AR）적림상료효。방법장100례 AR 환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조。재비강충세적기출상，관찰조환자여강산막미송비분제연합맹로사특편치료，대조조환자부여강산막미송비분제치료，량조료정균위12 w。관찰량조변응원분포정황병비교량조림상료효。결과변응원분포전3위위야초류、수목류、기생충류。수착치료시간적연장，관찰조여대조조비양、비새、류체、분체증상평분급비내경하체정평분균유하강，차관찰조하강속도교대조조명현，량조차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론강산막미송비분제연합맹로사특치료 AR 료효우우단용강산막미송치료。
Objective To observe and compare the curative effect of mometasone furoate nasal sprays alone and combined with montelukast on allergic rhinitis (AR).Methods Totally 100 cases of patients with AR were divided into the observation group and the control group at random.Based on nasal wash,the patients in the observation group were given mometasone furoate nasal sprays combined with montelukast, while the patients in the control group were only given mometasone furoate nasal sprays for 12 weeks.The distribution of allergens and clinical curative effect in the two groups were observed and compared.Results Top three of allergen distribution were grass,trees and parasitic worms.Symptom scores (nasal itching,nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing)and nasal endoscopic signs scores were both decreased in observation group and control group,The scores of observation group declined more significantly than the control group,Differences between the two groups have statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with mometasone furoate nasal sprays.The curative effect of mometasone furoate nasal sprays combined with montelukast in the treatment of AR is better.
