目的：评价中医穴位贴敷联合超短波治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将110例慢性咽炎患者随机分为两组，治疗方法为单用中医穴位贴敷组51例，中医穴位贴敷联合超短波治疗组59例；治疗周期15天为一个疗程，两组分别治疗2个疗程，疗程结束后分别进行症状总积分和临床疗效对比分析。结果两个疗程结束后，中医穴位贴敷联合超短波治疗组症状总积分（26.45±6.08分）明显低于中医穴位贴敷组（33.33±7.77分），差异有显著性（ P <0.05）；中医穴位贴敷联合超短波治疗组总有效率（86.44%）明显高于中医穴位贴敷组（72.09%），差异有显著性（ P <0.05）。结论中医穴位贴敷联合超短波治疗慢性咽炎疗效明显优于单用中医穴位贴敷，值得临床推广应用。
목적：평개중의혈위첩부연합초단파치료만성인염적림상료효。방법장110례만성인염환자수궤분위량조，치료방법위단용중의혈위첩부조51례，중의혈위첩부연합초단파치료조59례；치료주기15천위일개료정，량조분별치료2개료정，료정결속후분별진행증상총적분화림상료효대비분석。결과량개료정결속후，중의혈위첩부연합초단파치료조증상총적분（26.45±6.08분）명현저우중의혈위첩부조（33.33±7.77분），차이유현저성（ P <0.05）；중의혈위첩부연합초단파치료조총유효솔（86.44%）명현고우중의혈위첩부조（72.09%），차이유현저성（ P <0.05）。결론중의혈위첩부연합초단파치료만성인염료효명현우우단용중의혈위첩부，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods A total of 110 patients were randomly assigned in this analysis. Fifty-one and 59 patients enrolled into acupoint applica-tion only group and into combined with ultrashort wave group respectively. Fifteen days treatment was a cycle. Total scores of symptoms and clini-cal effects were evaluated after 2 cycles. Results The total symptom scores of combined group was significantly lower than acupoint only group (26. 45 ± 6. 08 and 33. 33 ± 7. 77,respectively,P <0. 05),and the clinical efficacy of combined group was significantly higher than acupoint group(86. 44% and 72. 09%,respectively,P <0. 05). Conclusion The combination treatment of acupoint application with ultrashort wave in chronic pharyngitis is more effective than acupoint application only.
