针对管道补口防腐层超声检测信号的相位特征进行了理论分析,阐述了脉冲回波信号的相位与管道补口防腐层粘接好坏的关系,并且采用超声脉冲回波法对管道补口防腐层试样进行了检测试验。结果表明:通过分析脉冲回波信号的相位变化,能够对补口防腐层的粘接品质和可能存在的粘接缺陷类型进行有效的评价。
針對管道補口防腐層超聲檢測信號的相位特徵進行瞭理論分析,闡述瞭脈遲迴波信號的相位與管道補口防腐層粘接好壞的關繫,併且採用超聲脈遲迴波法對管道補口防腐層試樣進行瞭檢測試驗。結果錶明:通過分析脈遲迴波信號的相位變化,能夠對補口防腐層的粘接品質和可能存在的粘接缺陷類型進行有效的評價。

This paper analyzes the ultrasonic testing signals phase positions of coated layer on pipeline,and shows the internal relations between the bonding quality of coated anticorrosive layer and phase changes of pulse-echo signals′.Then some tests were made on coated anticorrosive layer specimen using the ultrasonic pulse-echo testing method.The results show that the phase changes of pulse-echo signals can be used to evaluate the bonding quality and the types of defects existing in the coated anticorrosive layer on pipeline.
