目的：比较β受体阻滞剂分别联合血管紧张素受体拮抗剂（ARB）和钙离子拮抗剂（CCB）治疗江门地区中青年高血压的治疗效果。方法：选取2012年12月-2014年12月收治的江门地区中青年高血压患者300例，随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各150例。观察组患者给予ARB联合β受体阻滞剂治疗，对照组给予CCB联合β受体阻滞剂治疗，观察两组治疗前后的血压、心率变化情况以及降压疗效和症状改变情况。结果：治疗8周后两组患者的血压、心率均较治疗前下降（P<0.05）；观察组血压下降与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组心率下降较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。在降压疗效方面，观察组总有效率为94.67%，高于对照组的82.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。在症状改善方面，观察组总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的84.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：β受体阻滞剂联合ARB能有效降低患者的舒张压和收缩压，减慢心率，且降压效果和症状改善显著，临床上值得推广使用。
목적：비교β수체조체제분별연합혈관긴장소수체길항제（ARB）화개리자길항제（CCB）치료강문지구중청년고혈압적치료효과。방법：선취2012년12월-2014년12월수치적강문지구중청년고혈압환자300례，수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조각150례。관찰조환자급여ARB연합β수체조체제치료，대조조급여CCB연합β수체조체제치료，관찰량조치료전후적혈압、심솔변화정황이급강압료효화증상개변정황。결과：치료8주후량조환자적혈압、심솔균교치료전하강（P<0.05）；관찰조혈압하강여대조조비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05），관찰조심솔하강교대조조명현，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。재강압료효방면，관찰조총유효솔위94.67%，고우대조조적82.00%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。재증상개선방면，관찰조총유효솔위96.67%，고우대조조적84.67%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：β수체조체제연합ARB능유효강저환자적서장압화수축압，감만심솔，차강압효과화증상개선현저，림상상치득추엄사용。
Objective:To compare treatment effect of beta-blockers respectively joint angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB) and calcium channel blockers (CCB) in the treatment of middle-aged and young high blood pressure in Jiangmen.Method:300 young and middle-aged patients with high blood pressure from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected,according to random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,each for 150 patients.Observation group patients were given ARB joint beta blockers,the control group were given CCB joint beta-blockers,before and after treatment of blood pressure,heart rate,and antihypertensive effects and the changes of symptoms,change the situation of two groups were observed.Result:Two groups of patients’ blood pressure,heart after 8 weeks rate down significantly compared with before treatment (P<0.05); blood pressure drop in treatment group and control group,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),heart rate decline in treatment group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of hypertension treatment,observation group total effective rate was 94.67%,control group total effective rate was 82.00%, total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In terms of symptom improvement,observation group total effective rate was 96.67%,control group total effective rate was 84.67%,total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of combined beta-blockers ARB can significantly reduce the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of patients,slow heart rate,and in terms of antihypertensive effects and symptoms improve curative effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
