目的：探讨护理干预在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法：收治乳腺癌患者84例，随机分为两组，各42例，参照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予细致护理干预，比较其效果。结果：观察组焦虑状态改善效果、护理满意度与参照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中进行护理干预的效果显著。

목적：탐토호리간예재유선암환자위수술기호리중적응용효과。방법：수치유선암환자84례，수궤분위량조，각42례，삼조조급여상규호리，관찰조재상규호리기출상급여세치호리간예，비교기효과。결과：관찰조초필상태개선효과、호리만의도여삼조조비교차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재유선암환자위수술기호리중진행호리간예적효과현저。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention in around perioperative nursing of patients with breast cancer.Methods:84 patients with breast cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each.The control group was given the conventional nursing,and the observation group was given the careful nursing intervention on the basis of conventional care.We compared their effects.Results:There had statistically significant on the improvement of anxiety status effect and the nursing satisfaction between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of nursing intervention in peri operation nursing period in patients with breast cancer is remarkable.
