以雪里蕻为试验材料,设外源葡萄糖浓度分别为0(CK)、0.3 g/L(T1)、0.5 g/L(T2)、1.0 g/L(T3)、2.0 g/L(T4)5个处理,研究不同浓度外源葡萄糖溶液对雪里蕻生长及品质的影响。试验结果表明,与对照相比,不同浓度外源葡萄糖处理可促进雪里蕻生长,其中 T2处理效果最好,雪里蕻地上部鲜质量、根部鲜质量、株高和茎粗分别显著增加了67.0%、143.2%、15.4%、22.5%;外源葡萄糖处理可在一定程度上降低雪里蕻的硝酸盐含量,其中 T1处理比对照显著降低了15.8%;可溶性蛋白和可溶性总酚均以 T2处理最高,分别增加了41.0%、110.3%;各处理的类黄酮含量则无显著差异。综合得出,外源喷施葡萄糖溶液在一定程度上可增加雪里蕻的产量,提高其品质,其中以 T2处理效果最佳。

In the paper, we studied the effects of exogenous glucose with different concentrations on growth and quality of potherb mustard, and the concentrations were 0 (CK), 0.3 g/L (T1), 0.5 g/L (T2), 1.0 g/L (T3) and 2.0 g/L (T4). The results showed that, compared to CK, the other four treatments could promote the growth of potherb mustard, and T2 treatment had the best effect, with the shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, plant height and stem diameter significantly increased by 67.0%, 143.2%, 15.4% and 22.5%, respectively. The nitrate contents of the other four treatments were lower than CK, and that of T1 treatment was significantly decreased by 15.8%. T2 treatment had highest contents of soluble protein and soluble total phenol, which were significantly increased by 41.0% and 110.3% respectively. There was no significant difference in flavonoid content among the five concentration treatments. In conclusion, spraying exogenous glucose could improve the yield and quality of potherb mustard and the best treatment was T2 (with glucose concentration of 0.5 g/L).
