人工装配微小型孔轴类零件,生产效率低,精度和一致性难以保证。为了实现微小型孔轴类零件的自动精密装配,研制了基于机器视觉与被动柔顺机构的装配系统。在装配的非接触阶段,该系统的机器视觉通过精密运动平台的引导进行位置检测与控制;在装配的接触阶段,被动柔顺机构补偿零件位姿偏差来实现精密装配。该系统组成简单、操作容易、效率高、成本低。

Manual assembly of micro hole-peg parts,the productivity,accuracy and consistency are low. In order to realize automatic precision assembly for micro hole-peg ,an assembly system based on machine vision and passive flexible mechanism is developed. Precision moving platform with machine vision detects and controls the position at the non-contact phase,and the passive flexible mechanism compensates the position error at the contact phase. The system has the advantages of simple structure,easy operation,high efficiency and low cost.
