目的 探讨护士分层管理对基础护理质量的影响.方法 我院2013年2月在内科试点实施护士分层管理,比较实施前后护理质量、护理操作技能,患者、医生对护理工作满意度,统计实施前后3个月内不良事件发生情况.结果 实施后护理质量和操作技能评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实施后患者和医师满意度分别为94.00％、96.88％,明显高于实施前满意度82.00％、78.13％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实施后3个月内不良事件总发生率为0.23％,明显低于实施前3个月内总发生率1.33％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 护士分层管理应用于临床可提高护士整体素质、护理质量和操作技术,提高患者和医师满意度,减少护理不良事件发生,具有显著应用效果.

Objective To investigate the effect of nurse hierarchical management on the quality of basic nursing care.Methods Pilot nurse hierarchical management had been carried out in internal medicine of our hospital from February 2013.Quality of nursing care,nursing skills,nursing satisfaction of patients and doctors before and after management implementation,the incidence of adverse events during three months before and after management implementation were recorded and compared.Results Quality of nursing care and nursing skills after management implementation were better than those before management implementation,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction rate of patients and doctors after management implementation were 94.00％,96.88％,significantly higher than 82.00％,78.13％ before management implementation,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events during three months after management implementation was 0.23％,significantly lower than 1.33％ during three months before management implementation,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical management for clinical nurses can improve the overall quality of nurses,quality of nursing care and operational technology,improve nursing satisfaction of patients and doctors,reduce adverse events,which has a substantial clinical effect.
