目的 探讨肾结构异常与结石形成的关系.方法 观察分析两医院2013年7月至10月345例肾结石患者的静脉肾盂造影X线片,统计单侧肾结石的发生率,观察比较结石患肾和健肾间的肾盂轴线与输尿管夹角、输尿管与肾下盏夹角、肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄、结石肾盏出口狭窄、结石肾盏长度、肾小盏的数量等多项指标.结果 单侧肾结石发生率为78.8%,结石患肾的结构存在一些异常,虽然单个异常比例不太高,但总计异常的比例较高.结论 在同一内环境的人体中单侧肾结石发生率高,这一现象值得关注,肾结构异常可能与肾结石的形成有显著的相关性.
目的 探討腎結構異常與結石形成的關繫.方法 觀察分析兩醫院2013年7月至10月345例腎結石患者的靜脈腎盂造影X線片,統計單側腎結石的髮生率,觀察比較結石患腎和健腎間的腎盂軸線與輸尿管夾角、輸尿管與腎下盞夾角、腎盂輸尿管連接部狹窄、結石腎盞齣口狹窄、結石腎盞長度、腎小盞的數量等多項指標.結果 單側腎結石髮生率為78.8%,結石患腎的結構存在一些異常,雖然單箇異常比例不太高,但總計異常的比例較高.結論 在同一內環境的人體中單側腎結石髮生率高,這一現象值得關註,腎結構異常可能與腎結石的形成有顯著的相關性.
목적 탐토신결구이상여결석형성적관계.방법 관찰분석량의원2013년7월지10월345례신결석환자적정맥신우조영X선편,통계단측신결석적발생솔,관찰비교결석환신화건신간적신우축선여수뇨관협각、수뇨관여신하잔협각、신우수뇨관련접부협착、결석신잔출구협착、결석신잔장도、신소잔적수량등다항지표.결과 단측신결석발생솔위78.8%,결석환신적결구존재일사이상,수연단개이상비례불태고,단총계이상적비례교고.결론 재동일내배경적인체중단측신결석발생솔고,저일현상치득관주,신결구이상가능여신결석적형성유현저적상관성.
Objective To investigate the relationship between the abnormalities of renal structure and the formation of renal calculi.Methods Analyzed X-ray angiogram of intravenous pyelography of 345 cases of renal calculi in two hospitals from July to October 2013,counted the incidence of unilateral renal calculi.Compared the angle of the axis of renal pelvis and ureter of kidney with calculi and healthy kidney,the angle of ureter and renal calices,the stenosis extent of ureteropelvic junction,the stenosis extent of the export in renal calices with stones,the length of renal calyceal with stones,the number of renal calices and so on.Results The incidence of unilateral renal calculi was 78.8%.There were some abnormalities of renal structure in kidney with stones.Although the abnormal ratio of single observation index was not too high,the total abnormal rate of overall observation indexes was high enough.Conclusions The incidence of unilateral renal calculi was obviously high in the same environment inside a human body,which was worthy of close attention.The abnormalities of renal structure might have significant correlation with the formation of renal calculi.
