为了提高基于液体过滤分频光热光电系统的效率及能源品位,以光热单元中石英管为主要研究对象,使用蒙特卡洛法对系统的光学性能进行模拟,重点研究石英管几何参数对透光效率及接收面光斑均匀性的影响。结果表明,较方形石英管工况,圆形石英管工况中接收面上的光斑更均匀,透光效率更高;随管径的增大,圆形石英管透光效率降低,光斑均匀性无明显变化;在石英管内外壁面之间设置真空层,可增加石英管的保温效果,但系统的透光效率显著降低。
為瞭提高基于液體過濾分頻光熱光電繫統的效率及能源品位,以光熱單元中石英管為主要研究對象,使用矇特卡洛法對繫統的光學性能進行模擬,重點研究石英管幾何參數對透光效率及接收麵光斑均勻性的影響。結果錶明,較方形石英管工況,圓形石英管工況中接收麵上的光斑更均勻,透光效率更高;隨管徑的增大,圓形石英管透光效率降低,光斑均勻性無明顯變化;在石英管內外壁麵之間設置真空層,可增加石英管的保溫效果,但繫統的透光效率顯著降低。

To improve the efficiency ofa spectral splitting photovoltaic/thermal hybrid system, the effect mechanism of quartz tube parameters are discussed. The optical performance of hybrid system is investigated by Monte Carlo method. The results show that light is more uniform on photovoltaic cell and light efficiency is higher for the circle quartz tube. With the diameter of tube increases, the light efficiency decreased, and the uniformity of focusing light has no significant change. To increase the temperature of fluid, vacuum layer should be set between the inner and outer wall of the quartz tube. However, it can lead the light energy loss up to 14.90% on the surface of cell.
