目的：探讨连续性血液净化对SIRS/SEPSIS合并急性肾衰患者血清PCT、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10等炎症因子水平的影响。方法：收集本院SIRS/SEPSIS合并急性肾衰患者100例，对所有患者进行持续的生命体征监测，并对患者经右颈静脉穿刺置入导管进行连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过治疗，在此过程中观察患者的血清PCT、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10等炎症因子水平。结果：所有患者的血清PCT水平在经过治疗后均有所下降，TNF-α水平在经过治疗后也有所下降，所有差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。患者的IL-6、IL-10也有下降，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：连续血液净化能够显著减少患者的血清PCT水平，并清除患者的多种炎症因子，因此，对于SIRS/SEPSIS合并急性肾衰患者有着较好的治疗作用。
목적：탐토련속성혈액정화대SIRS/SEPSIS합병급성신쇠환자혈청PCT、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10등염증인자수평적영향。방법：수집본원SIRS/SEPSIS합병급성신쇠환자100례，대소유환자진행지속적생명체정감측，병대환자경우경정맥천자치입도관진행련속성정맥-정맥혈액려과치료，재차과정중관찰환자적혈청PCT、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10등염증인자수평。결과：소유환자적혈청PCT수평재경과치료후균유소하강，TNF-α수평재경과치료후야유소하강，소유차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。환자적IL-6、IL-10야유하강，단차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：련속혈액정화능구현저감소환자적혈청PCT수평，병청제환자적다충염증인자，인차，대우SIRS/SEPSIS합병급성신쇠환자유착교호적치료작용。
Objective:To discuss the influence of continuous blood purification on inflammatory cytokines such as PCT, TNF-alpha,IL-6,IL-10 etc in patients with SIRS/SEPSIS and acute renal failure.Method:100 patients with SIRS/SEPSIS and acute renal failure were selected,all patients were given continuous monitoring of vital signs,puncture catheter via right jugular vein and continuity vein to vein hemofiltration treatment.The inflammatory factor levels such as serum PCT,TNF alpha,IL-6 and IL-10 were observed in the process.Result:All patients’ serum PCT levels were decreased after treatment,the level of TNF alpha also felt after treatment,all the differences were significantly different (P<0.05).Patients’ IL-6,IL-10 had declined, but the difference was not significantly different.Conclusion:Continuous blood purification can significantly reduce the patient’s serum PCT level and eliminate a variety of inflammation factors.It has a good therapeutic effect in patients with SIRS/SEPSIS and acute renal failure.
