针对传统的城市深井供水网水位监控系统在功能单一、实时监控滞后等方面的不足,设计了基于LabVIEW技术的城市深井供水网水位控制系统。系统通过水位传感器,NI数据采集卡,以及LabVIEW的PID和DAQ mx工具包,对数据进行采集,实时地分析和处理;对供水网水位变化的控制采用PID控制,通过对各深井水泵供水流量的调节,实现对供水网水位高度的调节控制。实验结果表明该系统具有稳定性好,控制精度高,开发成本低的优点。

For lack of traditional urban water supply network in deep water level monitoring system features a single, real-time monitoring lag etc, design deep water network level control system based on LabVIEW technology. System level sensor, NI data acquisition card, as well as the LabVIEW PID and DAQ mx toolkit for data acquisition, analysis and processing in real-time. The water level changes on the water supply network control using PID control, deep well pumps water through the various traffic ad-justed to achieve the water supply network level height adjustment control. Experimental results show that the system has good stability, high control accuracy, low development cost.
