本文针对国内商业银行私人银行业务现状及盈利模式的改进进行研究，指出国内商业银行开展私人银行业务存在同质化竞争、产品配置粗放、从业人员业务素质亟待提高、行业监管需进一步规范等问题。针对这些问题，提出了增加私人银行业务盈利水平的措施，包括确立科学的业务理念、推进盈利方式的多元化建设、加强人才队伍建设、培养真正的私人银行从业人员团队、进一步完善产品盈利模式、做好产品配置及风险防范等。

This paper researches the current situation and profit model improvement of domestic commercial bank’ s private banking business and points out that issues such as homogeneous competition, extensive product configura-tion, practitioners’ quality needs to be improved and industry regulation need further standardized. To solve these problems,it puts forward measures to increase the profitability of private banking business,including establish scien-tific business idea,promote diversify profit formula,strength the construction of talent team,cultivate a professional team,further improve product profit model and do a good job of product configuration and risk prevention etc.
