目的 探讨小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床特点.方法 对2014年1～12月我院收治的119例MPP进行回顾性分析.结果 小儿MPP常见症状是发热、咳嗽、喘息,喘息在婴幼儿更多见,X线检查多呈支气管肺炎改变,血常规白细胞计数、中性粒细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞绝对值多在正常范围,单核细胞绝对值可正常或升高,部分患儿出现心肌损害.结论 不同年龄段MPP临床表现不一,婴幼儿病情较重,实验室检查无明显特异性,X线检查改变明显,阿奇霉素治疗MPP疗效显著,安全性高.

목적 탐토소인폐염지원체폐염(MPP)적림상특점.방법 대2014년1～12월아원수치적119례MPP진행회고성분석.결과 소인MPP상견증상시발열、해수、천식,천식재영유인경다견,X선검사다정지기관폐염개변,혈상규백세포계수、중성립세포절대치、림파세포절대치다재정상범위,단핵세포절대치가정상혹승고,부분환인출현심기손해.결론 불동년령단MPP림상표현불일,영유인병정교중,실험실검사무명현특이성,X선검사개변명현,아기매소치료MPP료효현저,안전성고.
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) in children.Method Clinical data of 119 cases of MPP in our hospital from January to December 2014 was retrospectively analyzed.Results MPP in children was characterized by fever,cough and wheezing,wheezing mainly infected in infant.X-ray test presented as the characteristic of bronchopneumonia.In blood routine examination,white blood cells,absolute neutrophil count,absolute lymphocyte count were normal,absolute monocyte count increased or was normal.Spectrum of myocardial enzymes partly increased.Conclusions Different ages of MPP showed different clinical manifestations,the pathogenetic conditions of infant were more serious.The laboratory examination showed no specificity,X-ray test changed obviously.The curative effect of Azithromycin for MPP was significant and safe.
