以某电厂中速磨煤机为例,对中速磨煤机控制方案进行了分析。为了获取更优的控制品质,应用模糊控制理论,将适当简化的模糊控制器与传统PID控制器联合应用,提出了PID与模糊控制器的串级控制方案、PID与模糊控制器串联控制方案、PID与模糊控制器并联控制方案、PID与双模糊控制器并联控制方案。经过仿真实验,这4种方案控制品质各有所长,都能较好地满足中速磨煤机的控制需求,且各方案均优于传统PID控制方案,有一定的应用价值。

The control schemes of middle speed mill are analysed based on the data from some power plant. To get better control quality, fuzzy control theory is applied. The PID -Fuzzy cascade control scheme, the PID -Fuzzy series control scheme, the PID -Fuzzy parallel control scheme, the PID -Double fuzzy parallel control scheme are put forward by combining the simplified fuzzy controller and the traditional PID controller. The experiments indicate that all of the new control schemes can meet the re-quirements of middle speed mill even though each of their control quality have their own specialty, and are better than the traditional PID control scheme. The four meliorated control scheme can be used in the power plant to meet their value.
