培训作为人力资源再生的重要手段之一在护理管理中得到广泛重视,然而当前培训成果转化却不尽如人意。本文从国内护理人力资源培训实践的角度出发,借鉴 Baldwin 培训迁移理论,为护理人员培训成果转化提供理论参考,为提高护理人员培训效果提供实践指导,有助于护理人力资源管理建立更加有效的培训管理体系。

As one of the most important way of human resources regeneration,training has gained ex-tensive attention in nursing management,yet the transformation of training results is not satisfied.In this paper,the theoretical reference for the transformation of training results and the practical guid-ance for improving the training effectiveness in nurses were put forward based on the training practice of nurse human resources and the Baldwin’s theory of transfer of training,which can help establish the more effective training management system.
