从现行实习制度和管理、教师和学生自身以及医疗环境等角度分析了当前影响妇产科学临床实习教学质量的主要因素，提出了重新规划本科课程、落实责任、严格奖惩制度、建立良好医患关系，充分利用各种教学资源等应对策略。

Influencing factors of clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology were discussed from the angles of practice system in force and management,teachers and students themselves and medical en-vironment.Corresponding factors were proposed,including re-arranging undergraduate courses, making sure the responsibilities,carrying out strict awards and punishment,establishing better doc-tor-patient relationships,and making the best use of various teaching resources.
