This paper analyses the distribution of the automobile industry of Ningbo,analyses the advantage of Hangzhouwan automobile industry,that is settled in the automobile industry agglomeration and establishment of two vehicle factories. Expounds the factors influencing of the Hangzhouwan automobile industry,that is the production factors,policy factors and industrial factors. The principle and mode of school enterprise cooperation in Hangzhouwan makes a preliminary discussion on the university-enterprise cooperation,which has broad prospects.
