重视耳鼻咽喉头颈外科留学生教学培养模式的探讨与改革,不断提高留学生对基本理论知识的掌握能力、专科临床操作能力和综合素质,为周边南亚国家培养高质量的医学高级人才,是我国医学教育对外交流的任务之一。但是,目前留学生教材的编写模式、语言沟通能力和临床实际操作能力培养模式的欠缺是全面提高留学生综合能力的障碍。本文旨在通过转换留学生教材的编写模式,以基础知识→临床知识→临床技能操作为编写主线,以图片链接方式为主的新模式取代既往以语言文字为主的模式,将耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的教学内容以图片主导来进行讲解,弥补师生间语言沟通能力的不足,将临床技能操作部分的编写内容比例提高并增加教学课时,全面提高留学生对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专业的综合掌握能力。

Take the emphasis on the discussion and reformation of the otorhinolaryngology-head neck foreign students teaching model,increase the foreign students’capability in mastering the basic theory continuously,specialist clinical skills and compressive makings,and culture the medical senior personnel with high quality.But,the compile mode of present foreign student textbook、language communication skills and clinical actual operation capability culture mode shortage are obstacles in improving the foreign students comprehensive capability.The objective of the article is to transfer the foreign students textbook compile mode,based the mainline as far as the basic knowledge-clinical technique operation,transfer the traditional mode that emphasis on the language writing to the new mode that emphasis on the picture link,take the otorhinolar-yngology-head neck teaching content to be directed by the picture,make up the insufficiency a-bout the language communication between the teacher and students,improve the clinical technical operation compilation proportion and increase the teaching hours,improve the foreign students comprehensive mastery capability about the otorhinolaryngology-head neck specialty.
