随着科学技术的加速发展，移动互联网逐渐融入人们生活，以互联网为依托的电子商务也进入了迅速发展时期。电子商务的发展，促使线上和线下、实物和信息之间的联系更加紧密，而 O2O 让电子商务进入了一个新的发展阶段。本文介绍了 O2O 模式的含义和特征，分析了 O2O 模式背景下电子商务发展的状况，并提出目前我国电子商务发展中存在的问题和解决对策，最后对 O2O 模式背景下电子商务发展的机遇与挑战进行综合，希望能够有助于电子商务的发展。

With the accelerated development of science and technology,the mobile Internet gradually into people's lives,the e-lectronic commerce based on the Internet has entered a period of rapid development.The development of electronic commerce, between the online and offline,physical and information more closely,and O2O makes e -commerce has entered a new stage of development.This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of O2O mode,analyzes the status of the development of e-lectronic commerce in O2O mode,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the existing and development of electronic commerce in China in the last issue,opportunities and challenges for the development of e -commerce O2O model under com-prehensively,hoping to contribute to the development of electronic commerce.
