积极情绪与职业认同之间存在相辅相成的关系。消极思维模式导致职业角色认知偏差；消极情绪导致消极的职业情感；消极行为模式导致专业行为退缩。积极情绪增强教师职业幸福感；积极的性格品质增进教师职业能力的发展；积极情绪促进老师自我效能感的发展。高职学院可以通过积极心理学培训，提高教师的情绪管理，促进教师积极情绪的发展，提高教育管理效率，创建一个属于全体师生的幸福校园。

There is a complementary relationship between positive emotion and occupation identity.
