大学人力资源管理教学在目前形势下面临着新的挑战和要求,因为传统的教学理念与教学体制对其消极影响较大,再加上该课程在中国大学中还是属于比较新兴的教学领域,所以其教学过程中仍存在不少问题亟待解决。因此,大学人力资源管理教学应该加快自我改革与创新,找到适合自己的问题解决建议,从而不断提升人力资源管理课程教学效果,最终有助于培养出具有实践能力与创新能力的新一代大学生。

The college teaching of human resource management is facing new challenges and requirements in the present situa-tion.Because that the traditional teaching concept and teaching system have big negative effect on it,and the course still be-longs to the more emerging field of the teaching in college in China,the teaching process has still many problems to be solved. So the teaching of human resource management in the university should speed up the reform and innovation,and find their own suggestions to solve the problem to improve the teaching effect of the course of human resource management.And it will eventu-ally help to train with the practical ability and innovative ability of a new generation of college students.
