目的：观察口腔炎喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法将儿科门诊80例疱疹性口腔炎患儿按就诊顺序随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例，2组除采用一般治疗外，治疗组应用口腔炎喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗；对照组应用西瓜霜喷雾剂治疗。5d后比较2组临床疗效及体温恢复正常、口腔黏膜充血、水肿消除和疱疹消退时间。结果治疗组总有效率为97．5％明显高于对照组的75．0％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。治疗组患儿退热、黏膜水肿消除及溃疡痊愈时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论口腔炎喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎临床症状改善快，有效率高且安全，可在临床推广应用。
목적：관찰구강염분무제연합강복신액치료소인포진성구강염적림상료효。방법장인과문진80례포진성구강염환인안취진순서수궤분성치료조화대조조각40례，2조제채용일반치료외，치료조응용구강염분무제연합강복신액치료；대조조응용서과상분무제치료。5d후비교2조림상료효급체온회복정상、구강점막충혈、수종소제화포진소퇴시간。결과치료조총유효솔위97．5％명현고우대조조적75．0％，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。치료조환인퇴열、점막수종소제급궤양전유시간균단우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론구강염분무제연합강복신액치료소인포진성구강염림상증상개선쾌，유효솔고차안전，가재림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of stomatitis spray combining Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis in children .Methods 80 children herpetic stomatitis in the pediatric clinic of our hospital were random-ly divided into treatment group and control group , and 40 cases in each group .Besides general treatment applied in both groups,the treatment group plus stomatitis spray combined with Kangfuxin Liquid ,while the control group was treated with wa-termelon frost spray.After 5 days′treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared .Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group(97.5%) was higher thanin that in control group (75.0%),the difference was statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).Antipyretic time,mucosal edema elimination time and ulcer healing time of treatment group were ear-lier than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stomatitis spray combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis can improve clinical symptoms rapidly , and with high effi-ciency and safety .It can be used in clinical application .
