Clinical practice of medical students has become an important stage before residence.How-ever,the current situation of medical environment and the deterioration of physician-patient relation-ship reduce the opportunity of clinical practice for medical student.The authors try to apply the intel-ligent mobile phone and the WeChat software in clinical skills teaching practice.This strategy which not only cater to the internship daily habits,but also expand teaching resources to a certain extent, can realize the interaction and sharing of outstanding teaching resources.The WeChat platform can break through the traditional mode of teaching time and space constraints,and improve the teaching effect of clinical practice.
