目的:了解某医科大学临床学院制教学中学生管理工作现状。方法通过自填式匿名问卷收集资料,调查对象来源于该校参加过临床教学基地学习的所有在校学生;采用构成比描述制度落实情况,运用卡方检验进行统计推断。结果①共调查295名学生,其中男生152名(51.5%),女生143名(48.5%),学生临床理论课考试成绩全部及格,对临床学院制教学模式感到满意的有272人(92.2%);②比较三年的制度落实情况,其中有5项制度,在三年间的落实覆盖率存在统计学差异;③整体比较三年的制度落实覆盖率和学生对制度开展的期望,有7项制度在三年内的落实覆盖率没有达到学生的期望,仅有1项制度的落实覆盖率高于学生期望。结论目前该校各临床教学基地的学生管理制度基本健全,但是需要加强制度落实,建议将学生对制度落实情况的评价纳入教学质量评估体系。

ObjectiveIt is in order to know the current management situation of clinical college system in a medical university.Methods To collect data through questionnaire,all of the students coming from clinical teaching base in this university;to describe the system implementation by percentage;to make statistical inference by chi-square test.Results The sample size was 295,152 out of which were male students (51.5%)and the others were female students (48.5%).All of them passed the theory exam,and 272(92.2%)out of them were satisfied with the clinical college system;Comparing the system implementation in the three years,there were significant differences among five systems;Comparing the system implementation and the students’expectation for carrying out systems in the three years,there were seven systems below the expectations of students,and only one system excee-ded the expectations.Conclusion The management measures of clinical college system in this school had been constructed;however,it was needful to strengthen the implementation.The evaluation from students about system implementation could be included into the evaluation system of teaching quality.
