学科竞赛对于培养学生的竞争意识与综合素质，促进课程体系建设，提高教学质量具有重要作用。由于医学院校专业性强，学生课业负担重，对基础学科竞赛不重视，参赛积极性不高。针对存在的问题，采取有效措施进行整改，逐步完善学科竞赛管理机制。

Academic competitions for students have an important role in cultivating sense of competi-tion and comprehensive quality of students,promoting curriculum system construction and continu-ously improving the quality of teaching.Because of highly specialized medical subjects and heavy aca-demic burden,medical students do not pay attention to basic subject competitions and are not enthusi-astic about participating.For problems,we take effective measures for rectification,and gradually improve the management mechanism of academic competitions.
