利用Word邮件合并功能，将Access数据库中的数据源推送到主文档，实现了地质灾害遥感解译与野外核查记录卡片册的批量生成。该应用避免了人工重复工作，减少了错误率，为后续野外地质灾害调查工作提供了准确依据，同时为工作中使用批处理思维和实用软件技巧解决生产项目中的繁杂问题提供了启示。

By using the function of word mail merging and passing the data sources stored in access database to the main document, it makes the generation of batch of cards for geological hazard remote sensing interpretation and field checking and noting come true. This application escapes mass and repeated work, reduces error rates, and provides accurate foundation to the field geological hazard survey in the later. Meanwhile, this paper offer a significant revelation that it is important to make use of bath processing mind and apply practical software skills to solve mass and various problems in the production projects.
