文中根据普通螺纹的牙型特点及螺纹的比例画法,运用Pro/E软件的螺旋扫描特征和混合特征构建螺纹模型过程中,对内、外螺纹扫描轨迹线、牙型横截面的不同画法,螺尾的不同收尾方法进行了详细地设计研究,并介绍了螺尾收尾的一种新方法:辅助基准面法。

According to the feature of tooth shape and the ratio drawing method of the ordinary screw thread, the different drawings on internal and external threads, scanning trajectory, tooth type of cross section, different closure methods of threads are designed in detail during the process of establishing thread model with spiral scanning characteristics and mixing based on the software of Pro/E. Meantime, a new method of screw tail ending is recommended: auxiliary datum plane method.
