某型火箭炮交流永磁伺服系统的转动惯量、系统的模型参数以及外部干扰等,在火箭炮发射过程控制中是时变的,因此导致数学模型参数严重不确定,是一个典型的非线性、时变不确定系统。如何确保系统在如此恶劣的工况,依然拥有良好的性能,即具备较强的鲁棒性是控制领域的一大难题。现代控制理论中的滑模控制具有实现简单、鲁棒性强的优势,已经得到了广泛应用。但是对于抖振仍无能为力,该文将一种分数阶滑模控制策略应用到系统控制中,利用分数阶系统随时间缓慢衰减的特性减小抖振。实验结果表明,与常规PID控制器相比,该控制器可削减抖振,减小误差,同时具有较强的鲁棒性。

Rotation inertia, model parameters and outer disturbance of an AC PMSM system are con-tinuously varying during launching, thus its mathematical model is seriously uncertain, and it is a typical nonlinear, time varying system. How to guarantee the system possess good performances under such a bad circumstance is a big problem for control field. Sliding mode control ( SMC) of modern control theory has simple realization and strong robustness, and is widely used. But it is useless to chattering. Based on such a background, a fractional order SMC is utilized to system control, which uses character of slow de-scending versus time of fractional order system. Experimental results show that compared with PID con-trol, this controller can decrease chattering and error, and has strong robustness.
